Reporting a code that will not scan
The more detail you give, the faster we can help. Please include:
- The link or text you encoded (you can hide private parts).
- The object type and size you printed.
- The slicer and printer you used, and the two filament colors and finishes.
- The phone models you tried and the distance and lighting.
- A photo of the printed object, if you can.
Before writing, it may help to read our guides on size and contrast and common mistakes.
Feedback and feature ideas
We are focused on making the core tool better: sharper contrast warnings, better rendering of icons in the center and more object shapes. If you have an idea or a shape you would like, tell us.
Privacy requests
The tool processes your QR content in your browser and does not store it. For questions about advertising or analytics data, or to exercise rights described in our Privacy Policy, email the address above and mention that it is a privacy request.
What we cannot help with
We cannot troubleshoot individual printers or slicer installations, and we are not able to recover or edit codes you printed elsewhere. For printer issues, your printer manufacturer and slicer communities are the best place to ask.
